Absolutely!

I'm not as young as I used to be, can I try judo?

Yes, judo is for everyone. We've had new members from 6 to 60+

What should I wear?

Loose clothing, e.g. a tracksuit and t-shirt. We have some spare judo jackets for borrowing.
